Exchange and Returns
Thank you for shopping at Coco Isabella. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will help you to make an exchange or return.
Our products are delicate, for hygiene reasons and to ensure its quality please read carefully the below returns and exchange policy.
To make an exchange or return please follow this steps:
1. Fill out the Exchange/Return Form and send us a copy to this address
Any reasons you may have for your exchange or return, please let us know. Any feedback will always help us to improve.
2. Neatly fold the item(s) and place them in their individual bags, please don’t forget to send this form together with the package.
3. Send the package back to our warehouse
We recommend using an insured traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
4. Once the return item is received and approved for exchange or refund, we will process the order within 7 days.
If the item(s) you want to exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay.
If the item(s) you want to exchange is out of stock or discontinued, you will be able to choose a different item or the money refund.
On both cases we will contact you via email.
- You have 15 consecutive days, from the moment you receive the package, to exchange or return the item. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at Coco Isabella discretion and may only be refunded as a store credit.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- All exchanges are based on stock availability.
- All items should be returned new, in perfect shape, completely unused, properly folded with the respective Coco Isabella and designer garment tags attached, hygienic adhesive slip intact and with the original packaging. Swimwear should be only tried on over underwear.
- The products that are soiled, worn, damaged, altered or laundered in any way, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a musty odor, will not be accepted under any circumstances and no exception will be made.
- Returns with any of the characteristics mentioned above or unidentified returns, will be sent back to the customer and the shipment fees will be at customer expense (we will charge the shipping cost to the credit card of original payment).
- We will inform you via email if the item was eligible for return or exchange. We will proceed to refund the money with the same method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.
- Returns and exchanges are free of charge for orders with free shipping (please check our shipping and delivery policy). For all the other orders, shipment back to us will be at your own expense. We are not responsible for tracking your return, therefore we suggest using an insured traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
- Products on sale and clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
